Sam Mason is the Office Manager and handles the very busy  letting and management department. Over the years we have dealt with over 800 properties and can offer a complete professional property management service to Landlords. With over 20 years of property management in Sandy we have come to expect and over come every problem that can arise when renting property. Our tenant deposits are held under the Dispute Service scheme and every  tenant is fully credit referenced and with a satisfactory reference comes a free 6 month Rent Guarantee to protect the Landlord.

Tenants seeking accommodation can be added to our tenants mailing list  by completing a simple form and we will e-mail details of suitable properties as they become available or click here to see our current list of properties to rent

Each tenant must complete a credit reference application form  which can be downloaded  and upon receipt of a completed application form Letsxl  process the reference, if straight forward,  within about 72 hours. If a tenants does not meet the requirements of the credit reference, or will be in receipt of Housing Benefit  they will need to have a guarantor, who must be employed, a home owner and who will need to complete a Guarantors Application Form
