Each tenant must complete a
credit reference application
form which can be downloaded
and upon receipt of
a completed application form Letsxl process the reference, if straight
forward, within about 72 hours. If a tenants does not meet the
requirements of the credit reference, or will be in receipt of Housing Benefit they will need to have a guarantor, who
must be employed, a home owner and who will need to complete a
Guarantors Application Form
